Where do I begin?

Choose the Care Planner for sitter instructions, Health Tracker for dated records, or Travel Planner for trip arrangements. The bundle includes all three.

Which formats are included?

Excel, text-fillable PDF and Letter/A4 printable PDFs are included with each planner. Use Microsoft Excel or a PDF reader that saves form fields; software is not included. Entries are manual and files do not sync.

Are the objects in the pictures shipped?

No. These are digital products only. Props and scenery in the artwork are illustrative; no physical items are shipped.

How do I buy and receive my files?

Choose Buy on Payhip on a product page to open external checkout. Payhip handles checkout and digital delivery. This website does not collect payment-card information or upload your pet records. For the bundle, download both ZIP files for the full set.

Can I personalize the cover?

Yes. Add names and details. Excel supports inserting your pet’s photo; PDF form fields accept text only. A suitable PDF editor is needed to add an image digitally, or attach a photo to a printed cover.

Is this veterinary guidance?

No. These are owner-completed organizers, not diagnosis, treatment advice or travel clearance. Follow your veterinarian’s instructions and confirm current travel requirements with relevant providers.
